Murphy’s Week

My old friend Murphy was at it again last week trying to throw multiple wrenches into last weeks rides. Although he gave us numerous flats, cut tires, unexpected detours and major mechanical issues, we still laughed him off and continued to roll off the miles.

Try as he must, not all of the week was bad, as we made new friends on the road and had all kinds of highlights including, watching Mel draft a dump truck at 40 MPH, pumpkin pie bagels with NY cheesecake spread, chocolate bobka’s, and unexpected licks! We’re still anxiously waiting to see Holy at Panera set the bagels on fire though, so as we wait, enjoy a little montage of the last 3 rides.

…oh and a big thank you to Manuel for the spare tire. Murphy may have given me 4 flats and destroyed my rear tire, but Manuel came to the rescue with a new Conti 4000S!
